Yoga meditation - a great Harmonizing Agent

Yoga meditation is thought to be a great harmonizing agent. It provides such mental tranquility and serenity that may not have known even to the poets of nature.

Yoga meditation practice harmonizes body, mind and soul to one another. Its practitioner feels such an understanding and synchronization among his body parts that everything becomes relevant in life. He feels at home with every happening in nature and various natural phenomena come to the forefront before his inner eyes. He becomes able to see and feel what others cannot see and understand. The inner reality, of many unusual and metaphysical happenings, is laid bare before his very eyes.

Body, Mind and Soul

Three essentials of humanity - body, mind and soul - come in complete alignment and harmony with one another and the practitioner feels attuned with various rules of nature. It is a positive step to understand the ways of God to man through yoga meditation. Various rules and principles of nature become clearer to his inner eyes and he starts feeling in the same line of action. Body workouts lead to mental workouts and mental workouts lead to the recognition of one's inner self.

Will Power

Will power is the only thing in this world that has led people to perform miraculous tasks. The outcomes of this enhanced determination are Renaissance, French Revolution, democracy in various parts of the world and American liberty from the yoke of Europeans. These things were attained after great efforts and struggle. Yoga meditation practitioner feels his self-discipline already aroused without going through any trials and tribulations. The will-power arousal, just like that of Martin Luther King Junior, needs great exploitation of the down-trodden but yoga practitioner has already got it due to his workout plans.

Stress, Tension, Anxiety, Strain, Pressure

Mental stress, strain and tension are relieved after a few days of yoga meditation training and a person feels light like a feather. Things start clearing and he attains satisfied and tranquil mind. As Milton has put it:

"Mind is the only thing and in itself

Can make a heaven of hell, a hell of Heaven"

Unity of Mind, Body and Spirit

Mind and mental harmonizing workouts will lead the practitioner to attain real benefits of the nature around. An alignment of body, mind and soul is a reward for him.

A perfect blissful accomplishment level is reached if synchronization of these parts of the 'real you' or the 'whole of you' is attained. The real "I" comes to the forefront and he starts recognizing the secrets of various supernatural happenings in the world.
