So figure out your BMI and determine exactly how overweight you may be. Then to resolve, exercise at least 3 times each week for 15 to 30 min. and lower your calorie consumption by one third. Start using a smaller plate when eating and only eat half of precisely what is served to you. This strategy works particularly well to control people from eating too much by eating greater than normal portions.
