Vaporizing Clouds at the Local Level for Sunshine - Using Military Grade Lasers

February 07, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 104

The city in which I live only has eight rainy days per year. Although the forecasters often put rain clouds next to the day's forecast, it very rarely rains. Sometimes it is a big fake out with lots of clouds, but the drizzle or the rain never actually comes. There's never any water on the ground, and if there is it's just for a brief time, perhaps 10 or 15 minutes and it's over with. Still, many people do not like a cloudy day, and there are lots of golf tournaments out here. I am most certain that people come for the sunshine. Okay so let's talk about this dilemma and how we might solve it.

They say that necessity is the mother of invention, and if you are playing golf at an expensive golf club, or have a world-class tournament in town, obviously you want good weather. The Chinese promised us for the Beijing Olympics "perfect skies and great weather" - for the most part, they did have good weather except for one of the weeks, as it was drizzly and rainy. Much to the chagrin of the government, folks did need their umbrellas. The Chinese claim to have weather control, but perhaps they didn't have the right type of weather control. Let me explain what I mean and a possible solution to this future challenge.

It may be possible to vaporize clouds at the local level to let in the sun. As a private pilot, I know that once I climb out above the clouds the weather is absolutely perfect, of course, when I come down through the clouds the weather is sometimes less than stellar. What if we used military grade lasers to literally vaporize the clouds? Once the clouds were gone, the sun can shine through, and obviously the clouds would re-form once the prevailing wind pushed that hotter air and moisture to the next town.

That means the next town might get the rain and the weather. And maybe this is a good way to control the weather, making it sunny where we wish it to be sunny, and allowing it to rain on crops. In areas of severe drought, using military grade lasers could cause it to rain, and keep it sunny where the people live, so they have plenty of vitamin D in their system, and there will be less depression in the city. Indeed I hope you will please consider all this, and the future of weather control.
