Self Healing - A Message From The Deepest Parts of Myself

February 26, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 106

A very deep and wise part of me spoke out, not as an actual voice to be heard, but as a crystal clear thought, which was accompanied by a feeling of calmness and confidence which I had never experienced before.

This was the message:

Just take the time to really look at yourself.

Recognise the good qualities that you DO possess, and also recognise the bad qualities that are equally yourself.

A very deep part of you, your ego, which, in its time possessed great wisdom and ability, is the cause of all this conflict within yourself.

Because it has never learned the lesson of humility.

Oh, sure, it has 'tried to be humble, but it's hard to be humble when you think you are perfect in every way, isn't it?

In its attempt to be humble it has created such an arrogance, such a perfect self image, that the intensity of it has the power to demolish anything in its path.

Recognise that you are, at the same time, both totally good and totally bad.

Somewhere in the middle of all that intensity and confusion, the real you is waiting for an opportunity to essence up to the surface. It will only surface in calmness. So you must, in the midst of your inner battle, learn to be calm.

You can only achieve this calmness by learning acceptance; acceptance at every level of your being; from the most subtle realms of your existence, right through to your conscious mind.

Learn to love your good and bad sides. But, most of all, recognise that it was YOU, at every level, which set up yourself, and those around you, for all this pain and strife which you have experienced.

Don't be discouraged, there IS a reason, there IS a lesson for you in all this pain.

The lessons set out for you are humility and acceptance.

Don't try to be humble. That only causes pride and arrogance. Learn to have a neutral opinion of yourself.

You are not good, you are not bad. You just are.

Learn to perceive all these games that are played through you. Don't try to stop them; to be aware is sufficient.

The clear light of Self Awareness will, soon enough, cause them to evaporate; and finally give that all knowing, wise and powerful you a chance to gently drift to the surface, in time and in harmony with the tuning in and healing which will take place at every level of yourself.

You will only recognise acceptance in yourself when at the end of your search, you no longer need the assistance of those who will help you in your quest to find yourself; then you can truly be self confident and self reliant.

In the final analysis, it is the amount of determination and persistence, together with the willingness to look at, and recognise every aspect of yourself, which will decide how deep the inner healing will go.

Help IS available, but you must do the work. The inner peace which you so desperately seek IS there... You just have to find it."

... And so it was that I had my first experience of deep intuitive messages from a deeper, and stronger, part of myself.
