Mental Movies Your Key To Success

April 12, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 139

Mental movies your key to success! What does that mean? Let me explain, before you can achieve any goal in life you must first have visualized it first and believed 100% that you can achieve your goal whether that goal is running a marathon, pressing 300lbs overhead or living in your dream home.

Visualization exercises, are extremely powerful techniques. Some experts are now-claiming, that one hour of visualization is worth seven hours of physical effort. Your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between a physical experience and a vividly imagined experience.

Your subconscious can't differentiate between you remembering, pretending or actually experiencing the event. It will respond equally well to all of them. Visualization is daydreaming with a purpose. Your subconscious mind will internalize this information and store it as truth.

You can create new mental movies whenever you choose to do so, and reprogram you subconscious to create new images that evoke powerful feelings and sensations. We'll act in ways that support those new pictures. The first step then is to create an image of your desire outcome. You are limited only by your imagination.

So! What is the best way to visualise. It has been proven that your mind is most receptive to visualization when you are calm and relaxed. Sit up straight in a chair, close your eyes and do some deep breathing. Concentrate on the rise and fall of your stomach and chest with each breathe in and out this should help you become more and more relaxed. Let your breathing find its own Rhythm and relax your whole body take some time to do this. Then, when you are totally relaxed.

Now, visualize the images you want to create and try to involve as many senses as you can. The more sights, sounds, smells, tastes and touches, you put in your pictures. The more powerful the ''Pull'' for you will be to make your vision a Reality. See yourself actually achieving your goal. This can be yours if you hold unto this image and do what it takes to achieve it.

Also remember that images associated with strong emotions are a lot more powerful. So if you were visualizing your dream car combine the mental image and the physical senses.

Don't worry about the quality of your images at the beginning. Some people are better than others at visualizing. Do the best that you can. The more you practice the sharper your Images will become. The key is to spend time everyday running these new mental movies in your mind.
