When you are stressed, tense, angry or irritable, you are sending out negative feelings or vibrations all around you.

This happens with your body language, facial expressions, words, the tone of your voice and the volume of your voice. Even the silence that you think is neutral can be hurtful. You influence so many people in so many ways.

Then there are those times when you feel that your mood is just passive. You just do not seem to care. Well, that mood speaks volumes to a person the really would like you to care.

In the same way, a positive frame of mind and mood will lift the spirits of those it touches. Become sunshine in someone's world. A random smile, an acknowledgement given at just the right time, and a sincere comment of appreciation will all make a person's day or week, all the while adding to your own happiness.

Add in here an act of kindness, something well thought out, you will feel fantastic and the recipient will be in a very joy filled mood. Now can you feel the calm power of good things in action?

Please be aware of the moody stressful weather you bring around with you. Do you want to be remembered as a happy friendly likable person or an irritable grouchy out of sorts' person?

People will feel your mood and will decide if they want to be around you or not. In addition, you may not get a job promotion or a raise consideration because of the grouchy mood you are in most of the time. You really do affect those around you. They will either absorb your stress or not.

You have the control in helping to make the atmosphere around you bright and sunny or damp and gloomy. Life in general is difficult; we all try to make the best of what we are given. However, if our mood is gloomy we will perpetuate a gloomy stress filled life and that gets old very quickly.
