January 13, 2011 | Comments: 0 | Views: 96

There have been many articles written on Bat Rolling Machines

The Duo Core Plastic Rollers that have recently hit the market is one area that has not been discussed.

In constant search for a better bat rolling machine, the duo-core plastic roller has emerged. What is it and what is the need for it?

To answer this question, I need to answer the last part of the question first.

There are many rollers out today, and many variations of each. Each can serve a purpose or niche, if you will. What has transpired in the bat rolling machine revolution is the need to solve some problem areas.

Bat damage is one problem; bat slippage during the transaction of rolling is another. Still another is the longevity of the plastic rollers themselves. There have been many attempts on making a machine that solves all of these areas. It is this author's professional opinion that the duo-core plastic roller is the best solution to date.

The reason for this is the perception of the problem and then coming up with the best solution that covers all problem areas and how to best deal with them.

Duo-Core Plastic:

A duo-core plastic is a plastic made up of an inner core and an outer shell. By going with 2 different plastics, a machine can solve multiple problems. The inner core can solve the problem of hardness, which helps with the compression of the bats. The outer shell can be made out of a plastic with properties that can correctly grip the bat to eliminate slippage problems.

There are many good machines on the market today, and again your selection of your next Bat Rolling Machine depends on your needs and usage. That being said, I would recommend that you look into the duo-core bat rolling machines. They truly are the best the market has to offer.

The top bat rollers in the country have tested these new machines and the reviews are excellent.

In Conclusion:

A Duo-Core Bat Rolling Machine is a machine that uses plastics with an inner core and an outer shell. This gives the capability of solving multiple problem areas. If you are wishing to look at the best bat rolling machines on the market, then check out the new duo-core machines.
