Skin Care Tips For Oily Skin During Summer

In the summer months, it can be a nightmare, especially for people who have oily skin. In the summer increases of oil secretions and sweat is main culprit. These are deposited on the skin, making it greasy and it attracts dirt and impurities. It loses its luster and is opaque. Cleaning is very important during the summer. Normal or dry skin needs cleansing cream or gel, while the oily skin can be clean with a lotion or cleansing milk.

In summer, when the conditions become moist and warm, your skin also needs a thorough cleaning, especially for oily skin to keep pores free of accumulated oil and dirt. After cleaning or washing, it should the scrubbed. The cleaning via scrub it also mixed with a toner and gently rubbed on the skin with circular movements. Ready to use scrubs are also available in market that can also helpful. It is very important to rinse thoroughly with water to get rid of all dirt and debris sweat. In fact, in the summer you should be washing your face with water in several times a day.

A good facial toner is a must in hot and humid climates, to clean and refresh your skin. A skin tonic made with flowers of rose or lavender is best, or you can use rose water as a cleanser if you have dry or normal skin it give you refreshing felling for your skin and gives a feeling of cleanliness and freshness.

After cleaning, wipe the skin with a cotton ball soaked in skin tonic. You can even bring a small bowl of skin tonic made from rose or refrigerated rose water.

Oily skin requires an astringent toner, it help to remove excess oil from your skin, you can clean your skin few times in a day with this. You can take astringent and mix rose water in it with equal amount and keep this bottle in to the fridge, this will be used as a best astringent toner for oily skin.

If you are going outside during summer, you can carry a small bottle of rose skin tonic in your purse, so you can use it if the skin feels damp and oily. You can also use tissue papers which are also available for this purpose in market, although a rose or lavender tinted base can be very beneficial for the skin.

Cleaning the skin at night before going to bed is more important. On the skin dirt and impurities are deposited during the day and it must be removed. This is not only reduces surface oil but also prevent our skin from pimples, blemishes and other eruptions.

A normal to dry skin at night should be fed after cleaning so it's highly advisable to use a moisturizer and a facial massage with a few drops of water. Wipe with wet cotton, before going to bed.
