· Being able to overcome any objections thrown your way will allow you to deal with the vast majority of customers in a more confident manner and help you to achieve your sales goals.

· Get your prospective customer interested in your product or service by asking them questions about your offer and involve them at the appropriate times.

· When you've delivered your pitch and feel that, you've successfully answered the customers questions, it's time to move on and close the sale at the earliest opportunity and never be scared to ask for the sale.

Practice is always the key and the more time you give yourself in telephone sales objection handling techniques the better. You must get to know each individual customer at an early stage by what they're response is and the tone of their voice. Timing plays a huge part with your success rate in telephone sales, so once you feel that, you've reached all the customers objections try to close out the sale and don't talk yourself out of it.
