Do You Have a Fear of Calling? Here's an Easy Fix!

Professional sales people are often shocked at the beginning of their careers to discover they have a fear of making sales calls. This fear is not rational to anyone who has developed social skills and other competencies. Fear of calling is real and now there's a simple, effective solution.

If you're in sales, or own a small company, sales calls are part of your professional life. Without the ability to pick up the phone and make calls on a daily basis the odds of success are slim. Consistent sales call numbers are the cornerstone of the majority of top producing sales people.

Fear of cold calling or call reluctance can be dealt with in a surprisingly direct manner. Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) is an energy therapy that emerged in the early 1990's.

Think of EFT as emotional acupuncture. We have an energy meridian system running throughout our body; much like the vascular system. When we follow a tapping sequence on specific 'acupoints' on our body, old emotional issues that are holding us back, dissolve. Old traumas and unproductive emotions like shame, guilt, fear of success, feeling unworthy of success, can be identified and released.

Emotions and trauma we've accumulated since childhood remain within our minds and bodies as we grow into adults. These old, outdated beliefs block the free flow of healthy energy through our body and inhibit desirable behavior today. Even though a trauma or negative experience was over years, if not decades ago, the remaining negative energy is embedded within us until it's released.

Once those negative ideas, feelings, unproductive beliefs, and false assumptions are purged from our being, new behaviors, beliefs, and ideas can take hold and give us new life. Most outdated conclusions we carry with us are not true and never were true. Damaging beliefs hurt us and influence our behavior.

"If only I had finished college, I'd be able to handle this sales job." "Once I lose ten pounds I'll be a better sales person." "I want to be rich but I'm afraid I'm not worthy of success." Hogwash. You can be successful salesperson today!
