Travelling has always been exciting especially if the place you're headed is a new place to you. And one of the most preferred foreign countries to visit would be Seoul, South Korea. This is because of its rich culture, progressive country, and friendly people. Their famous Korean food is also a must-try. Moreover, the place is said to be filled with wonders and attractions. So if you wish to have a glimpse of what you'll see there, the places below should be on top of your list.

National Museum

If you wish to know more about their culture first, you definitely have to stop by at their national museum. Their relic pieces include clothes, statues, books, and other valuables from the past.

Dongdaemun Gate

This is known to have a fantastic area to have the finest street markets. They have yarns, fabrics, clothes, accessories, and other pieces ready for sale. If you love to go shopping, you can spoil yourself here. This is easy to locate because it is located centrally in the city.

It's probably the counterpart of the Eiffel Tower in Paris. It's peak is 262 meters in Namsan Park and it is 480 meters above sea level. This will definitely take your breath away as you stand on top of it and witness a scenic view.

Yook Sam

After the tower will leave you in awe, you can go and see the tallest building too. It has 63 floors and its observatory is located at the 60th floor. It has an IMAX theatre, a convention hall, and an aquarium. While enjoying it, look for a Korean restaurant to get a taste of the local cuisine. You can take the train from different stations to get there.

Folk Village

Enjoying more of their culture, you can go to their folk village to view the traditional Korean houses back in the old times. There are also artisan shops wherein you can see artists do their creative ways of making crafts like metalwork, woodwork, fans, and many more. It also has an art museum and you can come across performers of their traditional dance and games.

Aside from visiting these attractions, you can also get to know more about their traditional acupuncture and cupping. If you're more than willing, then you better try it to feel its relaxing and healing effect. If you love the spa, then their Kiln sauna is a must try too.

Of course, your travel will never be complete without getting one of their souvenir items to remind you of the wonderful trip. So what are you waiting for? Visit this magical country now!
