Few people who attempt to quit smoking haven't already tried before. Most have tried several times using nicotine replacement, Champix, Zyban and other methods. Don't give up, it can be done you just need the right way to do it and the right support.

The problem with attempting and failing in anything in life is that we start to lose faith in ourselves. If we have repeated unsuccessful attempts then our failure becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.

Successive failures in any area including smoking or weight loss only create more and more supportive files in your subconscious as to why you will always struggle. Even hearing of others failures will further cement these wrong beliefs.

The best thing you can do completely ignore all of these negative sources and start to form a belief within yourself that you can quit.
