Gratitude Journal For Success

If you want to change your life immediately then you need to start using a gratitude journal NOW. It takes only ten minutes a day to use and is free to use. The power of this law of attraction technique will stun you if you choose to use it regularly and honestly.

A gratitude journal is much like a diary. Each night before bed you will write down the things you are grateful for. Sounds simple right? There is a little more to it but don't let that scare you. For now just begin by writing down all of the things you are most grateful for. If you are having trouble, find ANYTHING you love and put it on the list. Your eyes for example, or the fact you can breathe. There is ALWAYS something to feel grateful for! Learn to recognize them by writing them down in your journal.

When you've finished writing down the things you are thankful for, look over your list. Start at the top of the page, read number one, close your eyes, and "feel" in as much detail as you can the depth of gratitude you have for it. Spend a minute or two on each one until you've gone through your entire list. The key to this exercise is to really feel the gratitude and happiness and not just think about it. By the end of the page you should be smiling and feeling pretty good! Now go to sleep as you normally would.

Equally important to ending your day on a positive and thankful note is starting it the same way. This helps condition the sub-conscious for positivity and tunes your mind into an automatic creative success mind-set. You accomplish this by simply repeating the exercise immediately upon waking up. Just re-reading your journal entry from the previous night is enough to get the positive emotional momentum rolling in your favor. So get up ten minutes early and re-experience all the love, joy, and happiness of the things you are most grateful for and love most in life! This new "attitude of gratitude" will stick with you all day and begin working its magic in no time. Prepare to be amazed!

Harnessing and amplifying gratitude regularly is the simplest, fastest, and easiest way to apply the power of the law of attraction. By simply taking ten minutes each night to write down what you are grateful for, and really feel it, you will attract MORE of the things and events that make you feel that way. Carry it with you if you want and whenever you feel down use the same technique to keep your mind feeling grateful and happy. This method has never failed and it never will.
