Feel It Forward

Our emotions are a reflection of the thoughts we have been thinking, they indicate our vibrational state of being and attract similar vibrations. Events, circumstances, health and people who match this vibrational level are drawn to us. So everything that happens is the result of your own vibrational energy signature.

Our emotions provide us with clarity of desire. But, not everything that we feel is an actual emotion. As an example, anger lasts for no longer than 15 seconds. Everything else after that is the result of our judgement of ourselves. It is always about you and what you are learning. Frustration, rage and hatred is the result of a stubborn heart and closed mind. Shine the light on what the situation is about and the negative feelings dissipate. This is for the purpose of alignment. True emotions give us clarity so we can choose our path and beliefs.

We can use our emotions to draw desired events to us instead of just reacting to events by conjuring our feelings with purpose. Emotions are a very powerful tool when used properly. Many people live their lives as victims to their emotions, enslaved in a cycle destined to repeat.

In order to stop circumstances or to draw desired circumstances you must stop reacting to events and view them as the results of yesterday's news. Feel what you want to see before you see it. The feeling comes before the event. You are feeling it forward instead of reacting to the past. You do not have to wait for something to happen in order to enjoy the feeling of it. In fact, it can't occur until you are in alignment with it.

There are many ways to do this but the bottom line is to simply follow your highest excitement. Do what will bring you the greatest amount of joy and everything needed will manifest itself rapidly. Maintain your focus at each moment on pleasantness and refuse to be tempted by stress, or worry. Brain synchronization tapes, yoga, meditation, exercise, segment intending, virtual reality, laughter or engagement in any activity that will maintain a high vibrational level. One good thought will be joined by another and more circumstances will arise to accommodate you.

If you choose to focus on negativity, or allow yourself to worry over future situations you will be given more reasons to feel that way. It just takes one pleasant thought at a time.

If however, you are beginning this process from a deeply negative frame of reference you will have to start out by just remaining as neutral as possible at first before working your way into happier thoughts. Where you are right now is the perfect place to start.
