Propaganda Techniques - We The People Must Stop The Lies

July 08, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 193

The following is an analogy of real life for two different people.

Due to a lower than projected quarterly profit report the board of directors voted unanimously to lay off 2,500 employees, aka people, to improve the profit picture.

The CEO then left the city to spend some time sailing his yacht. It was a quick trip to his yacht on his personal jet. He said that he had been under a lot of stress lately and needed to relax.

In a short time, one of the men who had been let go is trying to raise enough money to buy gasoline to go on a job interview.

At this same time, the CEO has entered a yacht race to Bermuda. He hopes he can get a favorable wind so he can win the race.

The race is almost at the end. The CEO says, "We have no wind. This is terrible."

The man who lost his job says to his wife, "We are going to have to sell your wedding ring for scrap gold to buy food. I am so sorry sweetheart" His wife responds, "We have to. The kids have to eat." This situation has happened the many thousands of people in real life.

The CEO eats dinner in Bermuda. He only pays $85 each for him and his wife's dinners.

The current republican politician says the democratic president is not putting people back to work fast enough and claims the fault is his.

Some facts: The 8 million people who lost their jobs during the last economic down swing lost them while a republican was in the White House. Is the fact that they lost their jobs his fault? It is easier to kick 8 million people to the curb than it is to put them back to work. A president has no authority to force any company to hire anyone. He also cannot control who businesses hire. Will having a president from the party that was in power when the economic down swing happened actually be what puts the people back to work?

The fact is all of the blaming, name calling, transfer and telling of partial truths is the use of propaganda techniques that politicians use to get elected. Basically the spin technique is a way of misinforming and misguiding people in a way that sounds true. The use of these techniques are the real problem. It is actually a way of spreading lies and avoiding real facts. They work only because the public does not have the time or resources to check out the reality of what they are being told.

It is true that, with the cooperation of congress, a president can take measures to help stimulate the economy. However, when the majority party in either the house or senate want their side to win the presidency or increase their numbers in congress, they block any and all of these measures proposed to help the people. They block them no matter how badly it hurts the American people. They have made a choice between letting people suffer or getting their man into office. And they use lies to convince the voters that they are doing what is right.

And to make things worse, they claim that giving more money to the people who let the 8 million people go is the solution. This is a rip-off lie. Below is a link to an eBook that will explain why this will never work.

We, the people, must stop the lies spread by the propaganda techniques used by Politicians. The use of propaganda is wrong. It hurts the people more than anything else. With modern technology this can be done.

Find out what we the people can do that will restore government by the people for the people. Here is a link to a short, inexpensive ebook that offers a solution.
