Is A Personal Trainer Worth It?

April 03, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 82

Personal training is not for everyone but a trainer can add great benefits that working out on your own cannot provide. Personally, I do not accept clients that are not motivated in improving their life. I can't do the work for you, but I can certainly lead you to a healthier, happier you. It's your choice to follow my advice or not. If you are paying me, I'm going to give you my best effort however if you don't do your part then there is nothing I can do.

Here are a few benefits of my services.

1. Motivation: One of the biggest benefits is motivation. A lot of people lack the discipline and motivation to get into the gym but part of my job is to motivate! Lets face it, whether you show up or not I'm getting paid so most people decide to show up.

2. Break a Plateau: People who have made progress in the past but find themselves stuck in a rut, I can find a way to get you going again.

3. Injury free workouts: A lot of people in the gym will perform exercises potentially dangerous that can cause serious injury. Almost every exercise can be performed without a risk of injury if performed correctly and I can show you the way.

4. Set Goals: I can help you set up goals and show you the path to get there. A lot of times people go to the gym with out a real goal in mind. I believe you need something to look forward too because if you have some sort of direction you will be successful.

5. Personalized Programs: A lot of people don't know the best routine for them and just mindlessly do exercises. I have experience in what works best for certain people.

I could literally go on and on but I just wanted to name a few of the less obvious benefits of my services.

So back to the title, is personal training worth it?

Absolutely! Most people will spend up $400-$600, maybe even more a month just on their vehicle. What people fail to realize is how much they don't spend on them! Save some of your money from eating out and doing things because they are easy! Spend that extra money from saving on something that will actually make you happy, a healthier YOU! Invest in YOU!
