Is Your Heart Wall Preventing You From Living Life to Its Fullest?

April 06, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 194

Dr. Bradley Nelson, author of the Emotion Code, says that much of our suffering is due to negative emotional energies that have become trapped within us. These trapped emotions can become lodged anywhere in the body, including the heart, and this heart wall can prevent you from living life to the fullest. These trapped emotions can create pain or disease anywhere in the body.

The heart is an amazing organ. It generates 60 to 1000 times more power and electromagnetic energy than your brain. It beats about 100,000 times a day, 40 million times a year, and if its connection to your brain were severed, it would keep right on beating. Your heart is the core of your being, the core of who you really are.

According to Nelson, we all have two brains and your heart-brain is continually sending out information to your body which affects your emotional and physical health. So, for example, when you feel love toward someone, you send a powerful electromagnetic signal to them using the heart-brain. These electromagnetic signals can actually be detected in the other person.

Clearing the heart wall works the same way as clearing other trapped emotions. I ask my clients the following questions and receive answers from the client's subconscious via muscle testing or applied kinesiology (AK).

  1. Is there a heart wall?
  2. Can I clear the heart wall?
  3. If not, I ask further questions to determine how long I need to wait before it can be cleared.

The following questions do not need to be answered, but is often of interest to the client.

  1. What is the wall made of? Is it soft? Is it hard?
  2. If soft, what is your favorite soft thing? If hard, the line of questioning goes along the same line. Sometimes it's not possible to determine what it is made of, but since these questions are optional, it does not matter.
  3. At what age was wall created?
  4. How big is the heart wall? Can we measure it in inches, feet, yards, or miles? At the end of the session, if the wall has not been completely cleared, there will be a noticeable drop in the depth of the heart wall.

The heart has its own unique intelligence and it can think, feel, and remember. When faced with an uncomfortable situation, we react in different ways, but we usually feel the need to shield ourselves from being hurt. The heart is the core of your being and your subconscious knows that it has to protect you. When trapped emotions are created, they end up somewhere in your body and sometimes it's in your heart. So this shield of energy is there to protect you.

It has been my experience that it only takes one or two sessions to remove the heart wall. Sometimes, however, a person has a hidden one that the subconscious is not willing to immediately let it go. So it may take a few weeks before it can be cleared. But every situation is unique and it's difficult to generalize.

Different people have different reactions. I invite you to read the reactions on my page of testimonials at If you are interested in seeing whether or not you have a heart wall and if this is for you, please feel free to consult with me. It's important to remember, though, the results may not be instantaneous. It may take awhile for processing, but the results are permanent and the love that you're able to give as well as receive is beautiful.
