Get Rid Of Cluttering in Self Organization

April 12, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 122

Do you ever have a day when you seem to be surrounded by clutter and your life seems like a mess. Do you know how to break the pattern and come back to a clear and sensible state? Perhaps you have made the connection between what goes on in your mind and the clutter on your desk. It doesn't mean that your thinking is bad only that you are not organized either in your mind or outside of it.

You are not alone. Einstein said, "Out of clutter, find simplicity. He also told us that from disagreement we discover unison. And, in the center of "difficulty" we find "opportunity." Many people live in a cluttered world but it doesn't have to stay that way.

Forget about the clutter for a moment and think along with Einstein. Don't sweat the small stuff but look at the opportunity and what you need to do to work through your clutter and get to organization.

Self-organization doesn't come naturally to most people. It is difficult for them to clear their desks. Often if they do clear it, it becomes more difficult to find things. That's because a clear desk doesn't mean that the contents were properly organized only that they were moved out of sight.

Some people are mentally self-organized. Other people spend their lives planning and often wonder where the time went after spending their time that way. The key is to clean up your mind, create organization there by getting rid of mental baggage and creating organization there. Doing this will make you a stronger, more capable person and the organization will spill out into your outer world as you free yourself mentally.

You are the one who has to do it, to clear out the clutter and as you do you will begin to remove mental blocks as well. Mental cleaning and cleaning your environment will feed each other and you will be better for it.

You must establish your own self-organization skills. What you see as important someone else may not. This is not to say that either of you are wrong only that you have different world views. But do take it a step at a time. You cannot declutter everything in the same day. That type of action means you won't find things that you perhaps easily found amidst the clutter. So give yourself enough space to do it thoughtfully.

Discover the best ideas on how to organize your life, remember you can beat your addiction to clutter.
