HTC One S - The Latest HTC One Line Handset

Last February the arrival of one of the latest One line was announced during the Mobile World Congress held in Barcelona Spain. This is the HTC One S. So what is so special about this latest One line handset? And why is everybody so excited to have this phone? Well, I am going to talk about all of the juicy details in this article. This latest handset by HTC ships with a whopping 4.3" Super AMOLED capacitive touch screen display. It comes in with a resolution of 540 x 960 pixels and a pixel density of 256 ppi. The phone's display is protected by the tough Corning Gorilla Glass. With this kind of screen and resolution, you will be able to enjoy viewing a lot of things in crisp and vivid colors.

The phone's actual dimensions are 130.9 x 65 x 7.8mm and it weighs in at 119.5 grams only. It is pretty lightweight and for its size. This is something that you will be able to carry around or pocket easily.

Let us now talk about the phone's camera. This handset is packed with an 8MP shutter and comes in with a resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. The usual auto-focus and LED flash are present on this handset. You will be able to record videos at 1080p and at 30 frames per second. There is also an option for stereo sound recording for your videos. This phone comes in with a front-facing VGA camera.

The best feature of this handset is its pre-installed Android Ice Cream Sandwich OS. Yes, you do not have to wait for an update since this is sporting the latest Android Iteration. In addition, this handset packs a speedy 1.5GHz dual-core processor. You will also get 16GB worth of internal memory and 1GB worth of RAM on this handset. With this handset, you get the latest Android OS and one of the fastest processors to date. Well it may not sport a quad-core processor, but for someone who is tired of their single-core processor this is an update that you will enjoy the most. You will be able to surf the web and do everything without the phone lagging or hanging.
