Flyers are perhaps the number one successful marketing tool for just about every local business. That is probably the number one reason why they are a top pick among so many different salons. Salons are an intricate part to not only the community, but also a flouring business environment within a certain area. That is why flyers, when used properly can blanket an entire region with your marketing. Just be sure that the flyer you choose are something that speak to your target demographic. Below are a few tips to help you get started on your flyer marketing campaign.

Copy - Make sure that the copy you choose is something that will speak to your target audience. That means that it should be short, concise and to the point. Also, don't forget to include a call to action. This call to action is imperative to creating a useful flyer. It should tell the recipient to either, call visit or email. For salons, it is best to call or visit. This will help people into your doors, as well we help in getting people to engage with your business. Just be sure that the call to action is productive.

Size - Make sure that the size of the flyer is large. By having a large flyer you can include more copy, and you can also stand out in a more productive way. By doing this you are able to talk more about your business, as well as explain all of the unique benefits it has to offer. Just be sure that the size is something that the recipient can handle. The size should be large, but not too obtrusive.

Images - Try to make sure that the images are something that you have included on other marketing material. This helps in not only getting more out of your marketing, but also helps in creating a unified brand. By having a unified brand, you are better able to build brand recognition, and also better able to build credibility. Building brand credibility - especially in salons, is something that all stylists strive for but very few actually accomplish.

When you are done, be sure to get as much feedback as possible. This will help in getting the most productive flyer, as well as the best marketing scheme for your collateral. Just be sure that you get the most from your feedback by asking specific questions. This could include asking specifically what they like about your flyer, what the can do to make it better and what they look for in a salon.
