Understanding the Depth of the First Two Letters of the Hebrew Alphabet

June 14, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 201

We are going to discover the depth the Hebrew Alphabet, we are going to continue our study on the Paleo Hebrew which is the ancient pictograph form of the Hebrew Alphabet and how it relates to our lives. I believe that this article would impact you and be able to relate to it where you are in your life. We have gone through the first five Hebrew Letters of the Hebrew Alphabet in my previous articles and this article will serve as a review of the first two letters.

First of all we have learned that there are 22 letters on the Hebrew Alphabet and we learned the first five from my recent posts. Aleph, Beit, Gimmel, Dalet, and Hey are the first five letters. The sixth letter is Vav which I will talk about in my future articles. So before that, let's do a quick review for those of that maybe have not read my previous posts. So the first letter is Aleph, remember that we have two forms of Hebrew, the modern Hebrew and we also have the Paleo Hebrew which is the pictograph.

Also keep in mind that all letters were pictures originally. You should also understand that each Hebrewespond to an unexpected que letter has a number attached to it and a picture attached to it. That being said, Aleph's primary meaning is ox head or strength. It is the strength or the leader. Ii is the first letter, and it is also actually the first letter in your bible that is not there.

The first letter of your bible starts with Beit because Aleph is the head and it is a silent letter. So Aleph is the Father that is silent as His word come through the first letter of the bible. So again Aleph is the "head of" or strength, power, or leader. The letter Beit is simply a house or a tent, family or to dwell in. Everything tht has to do with family or a home is Beit.

So when you put the letters Aleph and Beit together, the first two letters of the Hebrew Alphabet, we should come up with the word Av where we get the word Ava from. The very first two letters of the Hebrew Alphabet which is amazing point to the Father which is the strength of the leader of the house. Let me say that again, Aleph is the strength or the leader and Beit is the house. So together they mean Father which is the strength of the leader of the house.

I'm Jim Staley Mo. It is my heart's desire that you will be challenged and transformed through the materials and resources that are in this article. Whether it's about Jewish holidays, the Sabbath Day, or the meaning of Christmas, history of Easter, origin of Christmas, or any other Hebraic topics, we want you to know the truth because the truth will only do one thing!
