Discovering the Deeper Connection Between Hebrew Letters Gimmel, Dalet, and Hey

June 14, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 187

The letter Gimmel is the third letter of the Hebrew Alphabet. It literally means camel. Its pictograph format kind of looks like a big leg or a capital letter "L" in English. But its meaning is to lift up.

The word garden comes from the letter Gimmel as in a Gimmel and a Nun. Nun means life and Gimmel is to lift up or to give generously. To give generously creates life and that's what exactly a garden do, it lifts up life. Life comes from the garden as it offers you fruit and generously gives to you. Always remember that, that's what Gimmel does. it's the rich man riding a camel that gives generously. But who does it give to?

Go figure the very next letter of the Hebrew Alphabet is Dalet. Dalet is the impoverished poor man that always has his door open. It's a reception, and it means to receive. You can The modern square script form of the letter Dalet kind of looks like a door frame and the reason why it only has two which are the lintel and the side is because it is an open door.

The Hebrew word Dalah which means impoverished is Dalet, Lamed, Hey, those are the three letters that consist of the word Dalah. Dalet is the door, lamed is instruction or leads the staff and Hey means above or a revelation so to be impoverished literally means the door that leads above or the door that leads to revelation.

Now how that's something to do with anything? because someone who's spiritually impoverished or forces himself to humble himself to bow the knee, that is also why Dalet is a little bit bent over, because when you humble yourself to the living God, He lifts you up and brings you revelation.

Remember that only when you bow the knee that He brings revelation. So that's Gimmel, and Dalet, and now comes the letter Hey. Hey is real simple. It means behold and it could also mean revelation.

Hey is the fifth letter of the Hebrew Alphabet and is Gemtria is the number five. It is also connected to the fifth book of the bible which is Deuteronomy. It the only letter of the Hebrew Alphabet that is in our God's name twice, Yod, Hey, Vav, Hey (YHVH) and it is not a coincidence. There is a reason why it is that way. Everything is connected.
