What contribution do stories have in inspiring others and in coloring our world?

What better way to help in the healing of another, lift one up, transform a life, or to inspire through the art of telling or writing a story.

It has always been the tradition of cultures to story tell in order to gift ancient wisdom or life lessons to the listener or reader. We define ourselves through the art of the story.

The story helps us to try to understand the things that happen in our world. Stories have the power to touch, teach, inspire, motivate, challenge, enchant, transform, shape, scare, educate, or to heal us by imprinting a picture in our subconscious minds. They can move us to take inspired action or create a sense of many feelings. Stories are a way for us to reach out to people and emotionally connect; thus stories are a way to color our world.

Story writing/telling tips:

Because people can relate to other people, base your story on real people and events. You need to make the story relatable. You must engage the listener/reader by making them wonder what will happen next. Keep them coming back for more of the story.Make them feel an emotion. Give them a reason to care about what happens to the character (s).Make the reader visualize "see" the story or "feel" the emotions and connect with the characters.Convey a message which gives them a call to action, inspires them, or gives them a reflective moment.Make sure at the end of the story they understand the message of the story and what the purpose of the journey was about.A child's story needs color. Color draws the child into the story. A child has to relate to the characters. Make sure the story is age- appropriate in order for the child will understand the message.

How else can a story color someone's world? When writing the author is creating and writing the story from a place of passion or emotion. This emotion or passion inspires or affects the reader. This inspiration or passion has the power to transform or affect lives. This transformation or emotion causes or creates a shift in the perception or belief of the reader. This shift in belief can contribute to the healing of or can cause disruptive thoughts for the reader. The healing, change of perception, or disruptive thought patterns of the reader affects his or hers cellular memory. Because we are all connected and part of the same spiritual DNA, when a change in belief or perception color's one person's world or discolors it and changes their cellular memory, it in turn transmutes or changes something in everyone whether we realize it or not.

Choosing conscious writing is the best tool to utilize for deliberately coloring the world.

What if a story could transform, inspire,or could be used as an alternative healing modality? Go to to find out how a journey of self discovery and healing stemming from a shift in consciousness and a transmutation of beliefs could change your life.
