Types Of Spraying Systems

Spray tanks are often used in many ways. These tanks may vary according to their different types. The classification of these tanks often depends on many factors such as the different materials used, the purpose for the spray tanks and the sizes. There are a variety of materials used in crafting different spray. The main factor for these materials is their ability to resist corrosion. Tanks often carry corrosive chemicals and other substances. Sometimes these tanks also carry pesticides.

Here are the different materials used in making spray tanks:

1. Stainless steel - Stainless steel is durable and it can withstand the corrosive effects of the chemicals that are likely to be carried and stored in the spray tank. This is the most basic type of material used in crafting spray. Stainless-steel tanks were extensively used in the past, back when other materials were not introduced in the market yet.

2. Fiberglass - Fiberglass is another durable material used in creating spray tanks. This is the modern approach in creating these tanks. Fiberglass can also withstand the corrosive effects of chemicals and it is becoming popular as a material used in making spray pumps because it is unusually light.

3. Polyethylene Plastic - this material is also an excellent alternative used in making tanks. This is a thick type f plastic that does not readily react with corrosive chemicals, making it an ideal material for the creation of spray tanks.

These are the three main materials used in making tanks. The sizes, another classification vary greatly as well. In any case, proper care should be provided for the spray tanks in order for them to last a long time. It is important to prevent rust and dirt from settling in the tank because these can damage the pump and the nozzles of these spray tanks, which in turn can restrict the flow of chemicals, and may be the cause of accidents.

These kinds of sprayer are reliable and functional and come complete with motorized spray units. They are called field spray units since they are ready to slip on a Ute or truck. All of the variations of field spray units have UV stabilized polyethylene tanks. This is impact resistant as well as rust proof.

It is important to know the many different types of spraying systems in order to determine which one would be most appropriate for the purpose you have in mind. Different spraying systems have their own different uses.

The spraying systems do not only vary according to their uses, however. They also vary according to the type of function they offer.

Rapid spray manufactures and distribute a whole range of agricultural sprayers, spray tanks, water cartage tanks, diesel tanks, diesel refueling units, firefighting units, trailers and associated products including spray pumps and diesel pumps.
