Why Conduct Employee Satisfaction Surveys?

If your employees are happy, you need minimal effort to maintain or even improve their high productivity level. The less time and money spent on problems and wastage, the more of your resources are put to use towards productivity and profit.

Satisfied employees are also more loyal to their company, compared to those who feel like they're shortchanged. Surveys will let you know what's happening with your employees. You'll be able to anticipate problems, understand better certain unusual behaviors, and prevent any negative events and issues in the human resource aspect.

If you've got problems about tardiness, absenteeism, and low productivity level, you badly need to get the answer from your employees. You need to know what makes them behave that way. And, more importantly, you'd need to know what would motivate them to do better.

These days, having a good employer image also boosts a company's marketing face. Consumers also want to be patrons of companies who treat people well.

You need to make sure, though, that when you do an employee satisfaction survey, you need to do something fruitful about the survey results after you've gathered them. Don't leave them wondering about what happened with the survey they answered. And make sure that you do something at least about the major concerns discovered through the survey.
