2. It is crucial to get a home inspector for a detailed list of possible repairs and replacements. When necessary, you have to carefully evaluate your house and inspect for faulty pipes, problem plumbing, broken electrical wirings, dangerous mold, etc. These issues have to be iron out of prior to putting up your home on sale.

3. Staging ideas for home do not come in easily, so do start brainstorming for plans at least a few days a week. If you are totally clueless about home staging design, hire a professional stager to help you out, of course at a nominal fee for these stagers' experience. It is not impossible to home stage yourself, as long as you have design experience. However, most people can't handle on their own if they have a full time job, so getting a professional stager might still be a smarter choice after all.
