Day 1: Reach Within Yourself to Find Happiness

Reach within yourself We all sometimes hear a little voice guiding us towards the right direction and helping us make the right decision. No need to worry about that little voice inside of you, you are nor bipolar or have a multiple personality disorder. That little voice is ESSENTIAL to you. This is the little voice of WISDOM. You can't go against that little voice. It is within your subconscious. You will try to argue with it, try to ignore it sometimes when it presents to you the reality of your life, you might deny its meaning and purpose. Overall, this little voice of WISDOM is here to lead you on a path of self-discovery and appreciation of what life really is. Don't confuse it with the logical voice, which is the one that is mixed up with external factors around you, including but not limited to: negative people, failures, sickness, financial strains, etc..

Sometimes, the truth hurts, especially when this INNER voice presents it to you. It might require courage and determination to listen to it, regardless of its nature. You may ask yourself questions, and that inner voice will give you answers.

You might all ask: I have never heard of that quiet voice, and if it is really quiet, how can I hear it? Well, it is somewhat similar to telepathic capability within your own self. It is a voice that even though you don't hear it, you feel it, regardless the nature of it. However, believing it is what makes the whole difference. Meditation is actually an integrated part of reaching that quiet voice. Many have tried, sitting in their bed, eyes closed, breathing heavily trying to dig deep inside and tell themselves: "This is Bull Shit". Well, this is the first step to never hearing that inner voice. You are already implementing negative feeling towards that whole process. Again, they are not REAL voices you will hear, but your INNER THOUGHTS. There is a difference there. This is not a mental disorder as I mentioned previously. It is how your subconscious is trying to communicate with your conscience while being awake. AS you all know, the subconscious mind kicks in when you are in your REM sleep and closes door when you awake in the morning to let the conscious take over. However, some have mastered to communicate with their subconscious while being awake, which is rare but possible. Most of us use 10% of our brains at most, some only ¼%, but if you want to tap to infinite possibilities, the key here is to communicate with the subconscious, just like what Einstein did. By reaching deep down inside, you will start seeing things that you have never seen before, changes in your life, abundance, health, fortune and glory. You are the one who can control all of this. You dictate what you want to see and happen in your life. This is the beginning of self-knowledge. Understanding yourself and taking a step towards that direction.

How to do it? Give yourself 15 minutes every night, and these 15 minutes shouldn't be interrupted by TV, radio, phone or anything else. Try lying on your bed, with your eyes closed, and start focusing on one question: Are you happy? Now, the logical voice (the one who guides your day to day decision making might interfere and give you an answer that your INNER THOUGHTS might think otherwise), so try turning the logical voice off and focus on the INNER one. You can also do this right before going to sleep. This way, you get closer and closer to tapping into the subconscious and really get things moving in the right direction.
