Is There a Solution To Your Hair Loss Problem?

April 08, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 186

Everyone wants dense hair on their head but imagine the distress when they see loads of hair in their comb, rubber band or wash basin. Though thinning hair and baldness is a natural part of the aging process, because of up to date lifestyle and diet it is becoming more and more common to see young men suffering from this problem too. It is not always comforting to experience hair loss because it is a visual reminder of fading youth, health and vitality, and this can wreak havoc on one's self esteem. When people suffered from hair loss, their problems are not only bodily but psychologically, people begin to lose their self-confidence and become depressed.

Promises of miracle creams and other treatments over the counter can be enticing. It is important to understand that there are no magic potions or hair loss treatments that will ever effectively cure baldness. The common cause of hair loss in men can be traced to the production of the hormone DHT (dihydrotestosterone) and presently there is no effective drugstore treatment available to simply wash away DHT.

Can baldness be cured?

If you are a man suffering from baldness, hair transplantation may be a solution that may be right for you. Rather than experimenting with shampoos, creams and gels that can leave you feeling disappointed when they don't live up to their promises or worse - cause a reaction on the scalp, consider transplants as a natural hair loss solution.

Hair Transplantation

DHT is often produced and found in very specific patterns in hair follicles around the head: around the top, front and crown, it seems to avoid the follicles found along the back of the head. Baldness can be cured naturally using our own hair by effectively transplanting hair follicles from the back of the head to thinning parts of the scalp. In fact, hair will continue to grow normally along the back of the head for an entire lifetime. The use of your own hair to correct baldness would result in a very natural, flawless look.

Patients can opt for a traditional Strip Method technique, or a procedure called NeoGrafting, this method of Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE) requires no stitches, no linear donor incision and no scarring. The best thing about this type of procedure is that no follow-up visits or ongoing maintenance is necessary once the transplant is completed. Not only is hair transplantation a natural hair loss solution, it is affordable, safe and best of all - permanent.

An alternative solution to baldness besides going for hair transplantation is to ensure the correct supply of vitamins and minerals in order to maintain appropriate hair growth. Vitamins and minerals like amino acids, proteins and minerals can help shield hair follicles. Diet should include more leafy green vegetables, milk, fruits and sprouts, salads and also some protein like milk, buttermilk, wheat germ, yeast, soybean, wheat germ and vitamin A. It has been suggested that taking curd or white sesame seeds every morning as a source of magnesium and calcium can reduce hair loss.

We can improve blood circulation to our scalp, by stimulating the hair follicles through massage. Through such massaging exercises, you can stimulate the hair follicles for natural hair production.

Essential Oils

Essential oils such as lavender, thyme, grape seed as well as rosemary may help restore some loss hair.

Herbs such as saw palmetto, rosemary, nettle root extract and jojoba oil are safe and cost effective to promote hair reproduction. Some of these herbs are able to inhibit DHT, which is the cause of Alopecia (or hair loss).

Hair Lotions and Creams

An easy to use method to treat hereditary hair thinning problems is to make use of clinically tested ingredients such as minoxidil to help regrow your hair. Such ingredients have been tested to be effective in stopping DHT (dihydrotestostrone) which is the cause of hair loss.

Do your own research and decide on a solution, you don't have to lose your hair early. Either it is hair transplantation or natural cures for hair loss, you can get started easily to prevent hair thinning, and take meaningful steps to regrow your hair. You are sure to be amazed at how much improvements you can see from those results.

If the method listed above doesn't work for you, one might still have another option and that is to go TOTALLY BALD! Baldness... to a lot of people it is representation of fashion, sexiness and pure attractiveness!
