Feng Shui - How to Attract Wealth Into Your Home

May 20, 2012 | Comments: 0 | Views: 270

Everyone wants to make more money and attract wealth but people rarely consider their home and what effect it can have on their financial life. Feng Shui is an ancient Chinese art that believes the energy that flows through our homes - or the chi as it may be called - can have a positive or negative effect on our pocketbook. We want to have the energy flow smoothly throughout our home and not get trapped or stopped by clutter. Often people do not recognize the connection between clutter and poverty or lack of wealth. Think of a messy desk and how hard it can be to accomplish anything when you see a pile of papers spread all over the table. Then clean it up and organize the papers and watch how you smile and relax. You can find the correct documents and pens or paper that might have been missing for days once you clear the space. Not only does it look significantly better but you immediately feel a sense of calm and productivity can now flow.

There are many steps to improve your home and make it chi friendly. To start with how does your home look outside. Is the yard cared for and pleasing with plants arranged around the front door? Is the house painted and clean on the outside? Or do you have broken glass from the front door or window or maybe missing bricks from the foundation? Is the grass too high and trash is in the yard? This can make a difference when you want to have energy pulsing up your path to the front door. There can be easy and inexpensive ways to improve the outside look of your home and doing them will definitely help. A little paint job, repairing a glass window pane, mowing the lawn and planting bright, colored flowers and trees around the front can really snap an old, sad house into a bright and inviting home. You want to invite the chi to flow through your house, not leave your place and go to another more appealing spot up the road.

When you first enter the house - do you have a clear path throughout from the front door to each room? Does it make you feel good when you enter your home or do you feel unhappy and stressed because of too much clutter? Are newspapers piled up at the door or shoes, boots or coats covering up the floor or getting tossed onto a table instead of hanging up in a closet? Examine how you feel when you walk into your home. Do others tell you how much they love your home and how comfortableit is or do visitors stay away because the house is too filled up with knick knacks and papers and not inviting in the least?

Feng shui teaches that to really attract wealth into your home you must first consider certain steps to help create that inviting environment. Wind chimes, a water fountain with flowing water, mirrors, and bright colors like red can alter the environment and help the chi find its way throughout your home. Picking different colors can create different effects in each room as well. Flowing water represents cash flow so remember to place a fountain near the front entrance and always maintain the water level so it is constantly flowing. Take care to repair any leaky faucets or gaping holes throughout the house. A leaking faucet is like having money go down the drain. That surely is not a good way to attract wealth.

To attract wealth you can place a large bowl of fresh fruit on your dining room table. Add a mirror nearby and if it reflects on the table it will multiply the bowls of fruit. Abundance reaps more abundance in your financial life. Follow these simple steps with feng shui to embrace the chi flowing richly throughout your home and you will notice the difference in your bank account very soon.
