But originally it is not so much complicated and not necessarily depend on spending money on it every time. This discipline simply focuses on providing emotional or physical relief, and make them comfortable at their work as well as at homes.

It can be achieve by a single touch like switching on or off the extra light which may directly or indirectly irritates your eyes. It can be achieve by reducing height of monitor which was causing pain in your neck. These can be small discomforts which usually faced by people at work.

Sometimes the issue arises that how can people identify ergonomic problem(s)?

There is a huge range of identifying problem which is started from general observation to the quantitative risk assessment tools. There are many different approaches may be used to search that from where the problem arises. It can be sort out by having a formal or informal meeting with employees so that they can better explain problems they face. It can also be noticed by frequent accidents which causes people injured. So find out the causes of these accidents, and mention major and minor mistakes.

Later on question arise that what should I do after recognition of ergonomic problem(s)?

We cannot suggest any strict formula which can bring ergonomics but it depends on the conditions, look for the causes and find out the possible solution(s) for it. A minor alteration provides you relief but sometimes the replacement of equipments become necessary. For this reason a huge variety of ergonomic office and household applications are commonly available all over in markets with a range of prices. Like ergonomic keyboards, mouse, furniture, mouse, etc.

It is not necessary to call an ergonomic professional all the time. But if you can't find problem and its solution by yourself then you can take help from them too.

But the main thing which should always keep in mind is that the changing or alterations you made must be beneficial. Make sure the change introduced to give the solution of problem should not create any other problem for them.
