What You Must Avoid When Sending MLM Email Leads

Using email to communicate with your ever expanding list is the fastest and most productive way to improve relationships and sales. Society is driven by the internet in one form or another so it is important to leverage the internet to be successful. Pretty much everyone who is online has an email account with an email service provider. You can use your MLM email leads to promote your MLM business effectively but there are things which you need to consider so you are highly effective in your approach.

Generating leads from email marketing is not an easy task to undergo, but involves a significant amount of testing and rewriting of ads to increase the rate at which people opt-in to join your list and marketing campaign. When building a campaign there are things which must be considered to make the campaign highly effective and keep it moving forward.

One of the biggest things to avoid is sending your emails from your own ISP email provider as this will fill your email account with a large number of sent emails and can lead to you being reported for spam which can cause expensive problems for you with your ISP email provider.

Avoid using words which would be regarded as spam as this will get your emails blocked and they will not be delivered. If your spam score increases this can cause problems with your auto responder account. In your messages, it is important to be clear and concise and provide quality content and value to your subscribers. Your readers trusted you with their email address and details, so reward that trust with something of value to them.

If emails bounce, this is not necessarily a big problem as long as the numbers which are delivered outweighs the numbers that bounce. For example if 80% of your emails are delivered and 20% bounce then you need to focus on the larger proportion which have been successfully delivered. The idea is to grow your list, and consistently offer value to your readers so they want to be part of your email campaign.

Your email follow-up series needs to be between 5 and 7 emails each building your relationship with your subscriber. The opening email must introduce yourself and what you will offer your new subscribers so they know what to expect. Send your follow-up emails between 1 and 2 days apart from each other giving time for people to open your emails and not overload their inbox.

After this initial follow up sequence which will build up to an offer or opportunity you need to keep in regular contact with your list, emailing once in the morning with good quality content and once in the afternoon with a quick short offer with a call to action. Make sure your call to action is easy to find and follow, and offers a product or service which your readers will find of value to their problems. This will only work if you know what your readers want and what their problems are, so research your market.
