The most common problem that we come up while we are cooking is when we do not find the proper spices in our kitchen. This generally happens because we are not organized, or keep things in its own familiar place for the next time use. This is a very common problem and nearly 80% women face this problem, or have this defect. But there is nothing to worry about it, this is because there are many new supplies that can make your experience of cooking much interested.

It is often found that our kitchen racks are always messy, and this is the main cause of all the problems. Messed up kitchen is not good for you, your cooking and also not for your family's health. Therefore you need to adopt ways that will help you to have a better kitchen with healthy and hygienic food.

These days you will find there are similar looking and similar sized containers in the market, these are also available in online stores as well. When you buy these smalls cases or jars buy them in lot. Plan out the spices you want to keep in your kitchen, and leaving salt and sugar alone in two separate containers, use the other racks to keep your spices. If the containers are transparent then it is ideal for your kitchen.

At the top of the lids stick a label that would have the name of the spice written on it. If you have the time you can also write a one liner description or warning for other people entering in the kitchen. sometimes children do come in, and if accidentally they use their hands to play with the spice and then put it in their eyes then that can cause both the kid and you lot of problem.

Keep the spice rack near your gas oven so that while you are cooking they are easy to pick from the tray or rack and then keep it back. You will be able to access the spices easily and next time when you cook you will not lose them anymore.

If you are setting up a new kitchen then it will be easier for you to arrange and changeover, but in case you are already using other racks and containers then do not change the racks but try to keep the spices in identical but transparent containers with air tight lids. Finally enjoy having a better kitchen for better cooking.
