Permanently Delete Feelings of Inadequacy And Have Successful Relationships

Do you know that feelings of inadequacy are responsible for the majority of failed relationships? Do you know that these negative feelings are responsible for and feed self sabotaging behaviours, shyness, low self confidence, low self worth, low self esteem, a fear of rejection, a fear of intimacy, all co-dependent patterns, feelings of neediness, clingy behaviours, fears of abandonment, and much more? Do you know that all of these are rooted in and generated by old negative memories of abuse, neglect, rejection, abandonment, humiliation, loss, shame etc.? Do you know that unless one is able to permanently erase/delete the feelings of inadequacy and their underlying roots one will never succeed in having a fulfilling and healthy relationship? Feelings of inadequacy are based in the belief that one is inadequate. This negative and limiting belief is based in early negative memories where one was made to feel unloved, unwanted, neglected, abused, shamed, humiliated, insecure, abandoned, rejected, alone, defective, abnormal and yes inadequate to name just a few.

Such beliefs affect, indeed impair, one's self image, self confidence and self worth, and make one feel vulnerable to further emotional hurt in future relationships. Unfortunately this causes them to engage numerous self sabotaging behaviours as a way of feeling protected, safe, secure and peaceful. Sadly such strategies only lead them to appear withdrawn, damaged, insecure, unattractive, needy and therefore more likely to be rejected and feel hurt, unworthy and therefore more inadequate.

As I think you can see feelings of inadequacy create a vicious negative spiral that swallows up the individual in a deepening state of depression and ultimately can ruin the overall quality of their life. Many individuals find themselves irretrievably trapped in such negative emotional spirals.

What you might be interested in knowing is that it is now possible to completely and permanently extricate yourself from this prison. What is required to do this, you ask?

Well, to use a simple metaphor, one needs simply to wake up from what I refer to as the "waking nightmare" most find themselves in. Much like the nightmares (i.e. bad dream states) one has at night, the negative self beliefs created in early life create a waking (with eyes open) nightmare that leaves one feeling inadequate well into their adult years.

Waking up from this waking nightmare can happen rapidly and cumulatively simply by erasing the negative beliefs and memories from the past i.e. turning off that internal movie of the past.

It may surprise you that this is even possible, but it is!
