The commercial office tower at 750 Seventh Avenue is located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan, New York's City's largest central business district and one of the leading financial centers in the world. The 34 story building offers approximately 600,000 square feet of commercial office space. It is one of a limited number of buildings constructed in Midtown's core in the last 20 years.

The unique continuous helix design of 750 Seventh Avenue maximizes the commercial office tower's square footage and space. Nearly every floor plan in the building is different as a result of the triple setbacks that rise three floors on each facade.

Designed by architectural firm Kevin Roche, John Dinkeloo and Associates LLC and developed by Solomon Equities Inc., construction of the business tower was completed in 1989. The current owner of the building, Fosterlane Management Corporation, purchased it in 2011 for $485 million from Hines Interests, which had owned the property since 2000. Prior to that, the building was owned by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.
