Change Brings Success

Change is the law of nature. Change has been witnessed since the times immoral. The life span of man has undergone innumerable changes over the years. In the ancient times man was an ape. With the passage of time an ape has turned into a human being. The time an ape became a human being it felt the necessity of various things to survive in this world. An early man did not have clothes to wear. He used bushes to cover his body. But as the time progressed, man brought about changes and started covering his body with clothes. Similarly he invented all those things which he needed and today man not only wears good clothes but has become able to go to the space and has innumerable things to use which makes his life comfortable and luxurious. All this has become possible because of the “change” that has been brought.

Let us throw some light on the present day world. A modern man is surrounded with technology. He has computer, cell phone etc. Now a person sitting in a remote area can easily be reached on phone or through internet in no time. If a person has to travel a distance, he has ample resources to get to his destination. Aero plane, train, car, etc. all help a man to travel within the domestic limits and across the world. But the question arises whether man has got all these comforts without losing anything, we are afraid, the answer is no.  It is so because man hasn’t been able to manage the balance between nature and growth. Though changes has been made and they have brought comfort to the man’s life but these changes has brought severe damages to nature in the form of global warming, extinction of species, scarcity of resources etc. If man had been able to manage the balance between growth and nature properly, things would have been different today.

Let us elucidate this thing on the professional front. In an organization if a manger have good skills then only he would be able to manage his work properly. We know that change is vital for growth. But how to bring that change is a million dollar question. Its only when you have got some extra-ordinary skills that you become able to do the change management effectively.
