Dana is a veteran of over 13 years of leading companies through Simplified Strategic Planning, and has written dozens of articles on various aspects surrounding strategic planning, strategy development, succession planning, innovation and analyses of the elements of strategic planning.

Dana came to the Center for Simplified Strategic Planning, Inc. after leading two machine tool manufacturing companies as President, COO, CEO and Chairman. He holds a BS(IE) degree from the University of Michigan College of Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg Graduate School of Management.

Dana has led many companies through Simplified Strategic Planning, helping each one to increase sales and profits, as well as counseling them on improving their internal structures, succession planning and lowering costs while improving productivity.

Dana has been published in the USA, England, India and Hong Kong during his service at CSSP.
