Leon Noone established his own consultancy in 1978. Since 1992 he has concentrated on working with small-medium business.

Leon specialises in developing practical systems to enable managers to effectively improve on job performance without using training courses. These include skill development, performance standards, job design, rewards and incentives, team development and instructional systems.

He has also worked extensively in small/medium business marketing and customer management.

He's conceived, designed and developed the famous 7 Secrets ebook series which includes programs on staff selection, staff training, staff motivation, face to face communication at work, staff performance appraisal and staff team development. He's also written 15 other eBooks on related topics.

Leon's written two books. The first, "The Social Manager - Let's Stop Playing at Management Training" outlines his provocative views on management training and team development. His second book, "Recruitment For Results" contains his unconventional but practical methods for implementing successful staff selection systems.

He is currently Principal Consultant at Noone Self Instruction Systems, the performance improvement consultancy.
