April Chapple created Volleyball Voices a clearinghouse for college and world volleyball news hub where girls high school, club, college volleyball players, parents and fans learn about the indoor and sand volleyball game and its female heroes, with breaking news stories of college and women's pro volleyball players, self-coaching information, beach volleyball pictures and indoor volleyball videos.

April is the creator and author of the websites Inspiring Female Volleyball Players, Inspiring Female Volleyball Players Videos, The Volleyball Voice, How To Play Volleyball Videos and the Parents Volleyball Girl Guide.

From 1996 to 2000, the former USA Volleyball national team member and pro indoor/beach volleyball professional was the "Five Quick Tips" columnist for the AVCA Coaching Volleyball magazine, and has contributed to, the Capital One, the Las Vegas Sports magazine and Volleyball magazine in addition to writing numerous articles on playing and coaching elite volleyball.

April is the author of the e-books "86 Girls Indoor Volleyball Tips:How to Gain Confidence on the Court" and "How to Stop Serving Like a Wimp."

For over 100 episodes, April worked as a trauma nurse on the NBC hit medical trauma "ER." She has worked on episodes of "House" and "Alias" as well.

April is an assistant volleyball coach at Las Vegas High School.
