Congratulations on taking a big step towards your weight loss goals!

I'm not some guru you typically see with online weight loss programs who doesn't know what it is like to struggle with weight. I've been on both sides of the coin. Until my mid 20′s I was a very successful runner. I had a scholarship for track & field and ran enough miles to cover the country more than twice.

But a fractured pelvis ended my career and immobilized me for several years. And I became inactive and depressed as a result. I gained 30% of my body weight in a year. For the first time in my life I was dealing with issues with dieting, poor body image, lack of motivation to workout, and more. I know what it feels like to avoid mirrors and hate seeing yourself in pictures. I know how hard it is to get out the door to workout. And I know how difficult it is to change your eating habits.

Armed with a burning desire to lose weight and a background in Kinesiology I've been looking for answers to the questions we all have about weight loss. I've compiled these weight loss resources and I want to share these great tips to lose weight with you.
