I am dedicated to a Life long learning in Personal Growth & Personal Development and passing on this knowledge & wisdom to the young generation so it may help them create a much better environment for their families & their future!

The Personal Side

I was born in the Philippines and came to the United States when I was only eleven years old. I spoke very little to zero English, but I was determined to learn over time by taking ESL (English as a Second Language) and learning from my cousins and my newly developed friends. I grew up learning traditional values like - treating women with the utmost respect, responding to elders as "sir" or "ma'am", the meaning of trust behind a handshake, the importance of good work ethic, and most importantly, the "Golden Rule" - "Treat others the way you want to be treated"! but beyond that... You must also "Think of others the way you want to be thought of" to make the Golden Rule complete.

After graduating high school, I began my professional career in the United States Navy. The lessons and character traits I learned as a young Sailor have been invaluable in both my personal and professional lives - integrity, leadership, initiative, humility and respect - just to name a few.

After a successful tour with the Navy (active and reserves) I transitioned to the private sector and have held positions ranging from Industrial Engineering/TSG Training Supervisor for United Parcel Service to Business Owner of International Companies.

I am a student of personal and professional development and committed to life long learning. I am passionate about transferring the skills, knowledge, wisdom, and values I've developed over time to the next generation and future leaders, our children!

To encourage others to be more, have more, do more, and to give more, and to live life with a definite purpose and a definite plan.

I have two beautiful children from my previous wife, Nick and Shawna. There is nothing more important to me than being a man my kids can be proud to call "father" and living my full God given potential to impact those around me. To give back to charity, to the community, and to humanity to help make this world a much better place for our future generations, our Children and their Children!!!
