He works as a Peak Performance Coach/Trainer and has certifications as an NLP Trainer, Hypnotherapist, NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, & EEG Neurofeedback Practitioner. His formal education includes a Doctorate in Psychology as well as degrees in Leadership and Business.

He is a graduate of Rapport Leadership International and had leadership training in the Marine Corps. His had coaching training through Coachville's Various schools of coaching - including the Graduate School of Coaching. He also is certified as an NLP Coach through the National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology.

He has a love of the martial arts having started at 5 years old. Currently he's an instructor in Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Kali and has blackbelts in Kenpo and Jujitsu. Bob has taught self-defense based on hand-to-hand combat strategy, techniques, and psychology.

In his prior life he was in the Marines, Los Angeles Police Department, owned an direct response ad agency, import/export business, worked as a security specialist/bodyguard, and as a sales manager.

He's a member of the National Guild of Hypnotists, the Cognitive Neuroscience Society, National Federation of Neurolinguistic Psychology, Psi Chi (National Honor Society in Psychology), Association of Coaching, American Alliance of Hypnotists, and numerous martial arts associations.
