Aliesa George is a wellness expert focused on Pilates, foot fitness, and functional movement to help others develop their mind-body connection and enjoy the benefits of whole-body health. She is the founder of Centerworks, and author of numerous Pilates, health, and wellness resources including, "Fantastic Feet! Exercises to Strengthen the Ankles, Arches, and Toes."

Her goal is to provide information to allow self discovery, enhance awareness, motivate, and encourage people to discover they amazing benefits learning efficient movement techniques and exercises can offer to reduce pain, and improve quality of life. Clients who have benefited from Aliesa's expertise include: runners, walkers, and athletes, post-rehabilitation clients dealing with back pain, knee and hip pain, shoulder pain, or other injuries, and healthy clients just looking for a fun and efficient way to maintain their good health.

Aliesa has a BFA in Modern Dance from Texas Christian University. She is a PMA Certified Pilates Teacher, ACE Certified Personal Trainer, Bigu Qigong Instructor, and student of all that is Mind, Body, and Health.

Aliesa offers private training sessions, workshops, and Pilates Teacher-Training Programs in her hometown of Wichita, KS, across the United States, and Internationally.
