I'm just a regular type of guy, who is committed to helping people with their inner peace. Having suffered from autism and anxiety attacks myself, I've used medication to get rid of them, only to discover that meditation was the real answer.

That's how I got into spirituality. I've read many books, and practice meditation on a regular basis. You don't need to be in a particular pose to meditate (I've often meditated while sitting in my car!!!) but you do need to quieten the mind, which can be done with practice.

Meditation not only allows you to have a peaceful mind, but is also very self-healing. You don't need to meditate for long, just 5 mins here and there, but the emotional and mental healing is tremendous.

I also love sport, and love watching movies. I've got a great DVD collection (which helps on a rainy day;-)

In conclusion, although meditation and faith are sometimes confused as being the same, by far they are not. The link however between the two is both abundant and necessary. Just as anything else
