Rick Wallace is a champion of the cause of Christian men reclaiming their God ordained positions as leaders, protectors, providers, and coverings for their families and others. He believes that although women, as a whole, have adapted to the fact that men have abdicated their ordained positions as heads in the home, church, and community, this country, as a whole, will continue to suffer in the areas of unity, spirituality, moral turpitude, and many others areas of concern.

Bishop Wallace believes that there is an unprecedented revival on the horizon. He believes, based on the tenets of 1 Corinthians 1:26-29, that this revival will be ignited by the downcast, the despised, the dejected, those that the world has written off.

"For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen and the things which are not to bring to nothing the things that are. " (1 Cor. 1:26-28)

In founding Rick Wallace Ministries, Bishop Wallace has committed himself to being at the forefront of this great revival.

He has founded and now heads 100 Men of Purpose, an organization devoted to leading men back into the rightful positions as heads. This ministry was founded upon the proven premise of the great revivalist, John Wesley; who once said, "Give me 100 men who fear no one but God and hate nothing but sin and we will change the world." He understands that when men are restored, they will be able, through the power of the Holy Spirit, to restore those around them.

- Bishop Wallace is a dynamic and electrifying speaker who uses a theological approach, coupled with practical application. He strongly believes in doctrinal integrity, but warns against religious rigidity (legalism).

- Bishop Wallace is also a creative and talented author. He published his first article is 1986 (The Invisible Father) and has been writing ever since. That original article eventually became the inspiration for his first book: The Invisible Father: Reversing The Curse Of A Fatherless Generation
