Paul's experience in the corporate arena concentrated in financial services. An avid salesman, dedicated sales manager and then an enthusiastic sales trainer. His corporate career took him to Sales Training Manager position at Zurich Financial Services in from 1996 to 2000, providing a variety of training initiatives to IFAs.

Since 2000, Paul has worked with a wide variety of clients as an independent training consultant. Working with the likes of Microsoft, Scottish Provident, Siemens, Simplyhealth, Kraft Foods, Legal and General helping their sales, sales managers and customer service people improve their skills. Paul has travelled across Europe and the Middle East in his speaking engagements.

Paul is a Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), a qualified business coach, author and a member of the Professional Speakers Association. Prior to the speaking and training profession. Additionally he is qualified to support clients with the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) and uses this wisely to bring excellent result in his trainings.
