Linda Berke, Founder of Taylor Performance Solutions, Inc.

Linda Berke has 20 years of experience in consulting, training and coaching for businesses and individuals. Prior to starting Taylor Performance Solutions, Ms. Berke was a Corporate Training Manager for two global financial institutions. While in these positions, her initiatives and training programs resulted in increased sales, improvement in customer satisfaction, increased employee satisfaction and reduction of expenses. Ms. Berke has been featured on the News 12 show Jobline and has been a contributor to many articles in Newsday and Long Island Business News. She was President of the Long Island Chapter of the American Society of Training and Development from 2006 to 2008. Currently, Ms. Berke is President of Taylor Performance Solutions, a Long Island based consulting and training firm. She and her team specialize in developing customized consulting and training solutions to help businesses increase sales, improve service, develop leaders and build strong internal training.
