Nothing makes Joyce Ruff happier than bringing good news to people, which explains in part why she chalked up almost 40 years in management at the United States Postal Service. These days her passion, however, is for lineage research, with a special interest in Native American and African American genealogy. Touted by as a "master strategist for solving problem cases," Joyce has achieved results in particularly puzzling cases, especially those involving adoption.
