Lisa Carter is a Certified Equine Massage Therapist (CEMT), with multiple certifications from several different equine bodywork schools, as well as a small animal veterinary technician with a mixed practice veterinary clinic in Stephenville, Texas. She has been practicing in the North and Central Texas area since 2006 and has helped numerous horses return to a state of balance and improved performance.

Lisa has been an avid horse lover since childhood and came to horse ownership later in life. She is a small-scale Arabian sport horse breeder and maintains a small herd at her ranch, Carter Ranch Arabians, near Hico, Texas, with her husband, Kevin, and daughter, Nicole.

Lisa is also an equine photographer and videographer, spending her weekends at Parelli Natural Horsemanship clinics near Glen Rose, Texas, with 4-Star Parelli Senior Instructor Christi Rains, as well as being a web designer specializing in equine websites.
