Kerry Peck

Kerry R. Peck is the managing partner of the Chicago law firm Peck Bloom, LLC. Kerry concentrates his practice in Trust and Estate Litigation, Estate Planning/Administration, Guardianship and Fiduciary Litigation, and Elder Law. His clients include families, hospitals, banks, the State of Illinois, County of Cook, and City of Chicago.

Kerry is a currently a board member of the International Network of Boutique Law Firms and Chairman of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys Political Action Committee. He is past President of the 22,000-lawyer Chicago Bar Association. Kerry was appointed by the Illinois Supreme Court to serve on the Supreme Court's committee on professional responsibility. Kerry is a member of the Board of Directors for the Center for Disability and Elder Lawanda member of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association, Greater Illinois Chapter. He was selected by his peers in two statewide surveys of Illinois attorneys as an Illinois "Super Lawyer", an attorney to whom other attorneys would refer their family and was named a member of the Leading Lawyers Network.

Mr. Peck is a frequent speaker at Continuing Legal Education Programs around the country and has spoken for the American Bar Association, Chicago Bar Association and Illinois State Bar Association. He is frequently consulted by the media on older adult issues, has appeared on television and radio many times, and has been quoted in the Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune and Chicago Daily Law Bulletin. He has authored articles which have appeared in the Chicago Daily Law Bulletin, the CBA Record, the ISBA Journal, the Decalogue Society Journal, and the Blue Cross/Blue Shield Newsletter to name a few. He appeared on television news programs and was interviewed by radio and Chicago newspapers on the Terri Schiavo issues.
