Ania is a Certified Health and Food Coach working with ambitious and health conscious women who want to be their best, feel and look gorgeous. She does this by teaching them what and how to eat as well as addressing other factors in life that affect wellness, such as stress, sleep, relationships and work. She works with individuals to create life-long transformational change. Ania's own experience guided her into this field; she was overweight and borderline depressed throughout her late teens and early 20s. She went through two major family bereavements and suffered from numerous allergies as well as having crippling self-esteem issues. She now runs and thriving international coaching business based in the UK helping others achieve what she has; balance, health, vitality, inner and outer beauty.
